About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any assistant build you order from NZT Digital. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@nztdigital.co.uk before buying.
What you’re buying
The £50 price is a monthly fee, per assistant, for an internal messaging assistant built for your business and team. The exact scope and any additional integrations are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Customer-facing assistants are quoted separately, up front.
Demos on this site
The interactive chat demos use sample data to illustrate what an assistant can do. Prices, products and businesses shown in them are examples only and are not real offers.
Payment
We agree your scope and price with you in writing first, then invoice you. Details of how and when to pay are set out on your invoice.
Cancellation & refunds
If you change your mind before we’ve started building, let us know within 14 days for a full refund of any setup fee paid. Once build work has begun at your request, we’ll refund any portion that reflects work not yet done. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (prices, services, hours) and for holding any necessary consents to message your own customers. You must comply with WhatsApp’s and any other platform’s policies when using an assistant we build.
Liability
We build and maintain your assistant with reasonable care and skill. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, payment providers or your own systems) outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes fall to the Scottish courts.
